FAQ

Quick answers. If you need anything else, hit Support.

Does it work offline?
Yes. Once installed and activated, Sequence Pro works offline for local files. Online downloads require a connection.
What formats are supported?
Most formats supported by FFmpeg. If a file plays in a modern player, Sequence Pro can usually process it.
How does licensing work?
You purchase a license via Gumroad and enter the license key in-app to unlock Sequence Pro. After activation, verification is cached so local-file workflows stay smooth (including offline use for local files).
Is FFmpeg included?
Release builds bundle FFmpeg as a sidecar binary. In development, you may use a local FFmpeg install.
Can I use it commercially?
Yes—exports are yours. (If you need specific seat/team terms later, we can add them.)
Do you support Windows?
Not yet. The initial release is macOS-first, with a Universal binary that runs natively on both Apple Silicon (M1, M2, M3, M4) and Intel Macs.
